Twenty-two years at one address on Roswell Road
No associate rotation, no revolving door of contractors. If you book here, Rick Kuhlman is the person who examines you and the person who adjusts you.
How Rick ended up in Buckhead
He grew up in Macon, wrecked a shoulder throwing baseball through high school, and got sent to a chiropractor who spent forty minutes explaining what a scapula does. That appointment is the reason for the career. Life University in Marietta came next, then four years as an associate in Sandy Springs learning what a busy practice does badly.
In 2004 he opened his own suite on Roswell Road with one table, a used ultrasound unit and a schedule with more gaps than patients. The referrals came from neighbors first, then from two orthopedic groups nearby who noticed he sends people back when chiropractic is not the right tool.
Twenty-two years on, the practice deliberately stayed small. One doctor, one front desk, four rooms. It means the schedule can hold a same-week slot for an acute back, and it means nobody hands your file to a stranger halfway through a care plan.

The suite, the lot and the front desk
The office sits in a low brick and stucco building on the east side of Roswell Road, with a small lot behind it. Level entry, no stairs, and a door under the plain sign panel between the two window bays. If you have circled the block twice, call the desk and someone will walk out and wave.
Inside there are four rooms: two adjusting rooms, one for traction and modalities, and a small consultation room with the spine model that ends up in most first appointments. It is quiet on purpose — no television, no music that anybody would argue about.
- 4205 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30342 — between Wieuca and Chastain
- Saturday morning hours for people who cannot leave work midweek
- One doctor, one front desk — the same two voices on the phone
“Tell people the truth about how long it takes, and they come back for the next twenty years.”
